Adventurer

this boy leaves in a few days, for the summer. i will miss him so much. but, every time i look at this picture, i am reminded of what a strong, brave little man he is becoming. i love you so much. so many wonderful adventures lie ahead!

i can't believe this little girl is ten months old. her big brother has been waiting and waiting until it was warm enough to do this photoshoot. he is so like me. so full of ideas. also like me, he likes to be safely tucked behind the camera. i am so glad that we are able to enjoy this together. i know it won't last. i cherish these warm evenings while they are small. i love making and preserving our memories, and now... sharing them with you.
